Bodrogi Kúria Wellness Hotel

The pine forest where the unit is built is very very quiet! The cleanliness in the rooms was okay, I didn't feel that it needed something more. Dinner was enough, like a menu type where you can choose between two types of main course and two types of second course. I didn't feel that I was hungry but the soup bowl still amazes me as an eastern European (it's like a tea mug but a little bigger). Swimming in the outside pool was mesmerizing since we were only two couples in the entire Wellness area, swimming alone in a cloudy weather under the tree pines was very relaxing!

The location was perfect for us—close to the airport and convenient for our travel plans. The front desk staff were warm and welcoming, but unfortunately not very professional. The spa facilities were a real highlight—well-maintained and relaxing. The water in the pool was a little on the cool side, but overall the experience was great. A special thanks to the spa staff member, who was exceptionally kind and attentive. Breakfast was disappointing and didn’t feel worth the effort. We had planned to have dinner at the hotel, but no one mentioned that it was a buffet-style setup. Once we found out, we decided to skip it and ended up enjoying a nice dinner at a restaurant a few kilometers away, which belongs to another hotel.

Beautiful house, in a wooded area, really cosy, nice rooms. Spa was exellent, with warm water pools, and outside jacuzzi. A small bar in the spa where you could have a drink and relax at the pool. Really nicely decorated dining room and entrance hall. Breakfast exellent, good coffee. The bed was really good, the room had air condition.

Room was clean and spacious, breakfast was tasty, serving an european standard enriched with a pinch of local cusine. The hotel staff was professional and helpfull. Personalised welcoming note and sweets prepared by the Hotel Crew was a really nice touch.

The location is fabulous. It feels like in a movie. The forests, the road, spectacular.
